Cancellation Policy

I value everyone's time and request that cancellations be made 24 hours in advance in order to accommodate other guests. Cancellations made the same day or failure to show with no notification will result in a late fee of 50% of the service total. Arrivals 15 minutes past appointment time may be asked to reschedule in addition to paying the late fee. Thank you for your understanding.
